Amy Datla is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Supervisor (LCMHCS) in North Carolina and
Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in
Florida with over 20 years of clinical experience as a mental health counselor. She provides integrative,
inclusive and culturally responsive individual, couples and family therapy and has advanced training in
Emotionally Focused Therapy. Amy is also trained in EMDR and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)
and integrates complementary modalities and therapy techniques, including, mindfulness, cognitive-
behavioral, dialectical behavioral informed and solution- focused, offering a highly personalized and
trauma informed approach attuning to the needs of each client.
