Lisa Ubongen is a Marine veteran and a Marine spouse for 20 years, dedicated to helping others become healthier and happier. She uses a collaborative approach by meeting her clients where they are in life and addresses their individual therapy goals. She provides a safe and nonjudgmental space for her clients to explore any stressors weighing them down. Lisa uses evidence-based practices that include CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and motivational therapy. Lisa specializes in working with adult clients dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, and couples counseling.
