As a part of our Holistic approach to care, Chinese Medicine shines with its approach in treating the whole person – mental and physical – at the same time. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the mental and physical are not seen as separate entities. Chinese medicine alone or in combination with other treatments can improve mental and physical health outcomes. Our bodies have an amazing ability to heal and Chinese Medicine assists that natural ability through acupuncture, Qi Gong, herbal medicine, dietary changes, moxibustion, and other interventions. Sessions typically last 60 minutes.
