Hi, I’m Lindsey, a provisionally-licensed therapist trained in EMDR with a master's degree in Social Work. I’ve been working with individuals and groups in behavioral health settings for over five years, and began clinical practice in June of 2024. I specialize in helping teens (16+) and adults move through the effects of complex trauma, anxiety, and relational stress, with a focus on nervous system regulation and identity development.
Trauma doesn’t just live in the past. It shows up in how we relate to others, manage emotions, and experience our bodies. My goal is to support people in reconnecting with parts of themselves that have been pushed aside, numbed out, or stuck in survival. While EMDR is my primary modality, I also integrate perspectives from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and polyvagal theory to support self-awareness, boundary work, and emotional regulation. I aim to bring presence, curiosity, and warmth to my work with people - and I believe authenticity matters more than formality in the therapy room.
I’m an affirming provider for LGBTQIA+ and neurodiverse people, and I approach this work through a lens of cultural humility, anti-oppression, and constant unlearning. Alongside individual work, I support parents and caregivers who are raising emotionally intense or behaviorally challenged children, offering strategies grounded in connection, not control.
Sessions are available in person or online, whichever feels most accessible and supportive for you.
