As an EMDR trained therapist, Lindsey feels great passion for helping clients recover from adverse experiences, walking alongside them as they begin to see the world through a new, more connective lens. Trauma and other mental health struggles greatly affect our most important relationships - and our relationships certainly impact our mental health. Lindsey incorporates ego state therapy and polyvagal theory principles into her practice, as well as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) techniques. Her goal is to maintain a collaborative energy during sessions, working as a team to discover your most authentic self. You can expect she will find ways to infuse a little humor, too!
Lindsey is an ally for the Neurodiverse and LGBTQIA+ community and maintains a commitment to continued learning in cultural humility. She specializes in trauma-focused work with teens (16+) and adults, including recovery from complex trauma, anxiety, and relational challenges. Lindsey offers both in-person and virtual sessions. Her practice includes dedicated support for parents of children with emotional and behavioral challenges, helping them develop effective strategies while building stronger family connections.
