I’m a mental health counselor dedicated to helping children, teens, and adults heal at a deep emotional level. My work is grounded in attachment-focused therapy, supporting people in understanding how early relationships shape their sense of self, emotional patterns, and connection with others.
With children, I use a non-directive, child-centered play therapy approach: a developmentally appropriate way for kids to express themselves, process feelings, and build emotional resilience through play.
With teens and adults, I incorporate expressive arts and sand tray therapy techniques, offering creative and symbolic ways to explore inner experiences that may be difficult to put into words.
Alongside this foundation, I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), parts work, and guided-imagery to help clients relate to their emotions with more compassion and flexibility. These approaches offer gentle ways of understanding and transforming the internal patterns that keep us stuck.
My style is relational, collaborative, and grounded in genuine presence. Whether you’re seeking support for anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, or a desire to feel more authentic and secure in yourself, I strive to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and empowered to grow.
