
I’m a mental health counselor dedicated to helping individuals and couples heal at a deep emotional level. My work is grounded in attachment-focused therapy, supporting clients in understanding how early experiences shape their current relationships, sense of self, and overall well-being.
Alongside this foundation, I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients navigate difficult emotions and self-critical thoughts with greater compassion and flexibility. I also integrate parts work, which offers a gentle way of exploring and befriending different aspects of ourselves, and hypnotherapy, which can support lasting change by engaging both the conscious and subconscious mind.
